Booking Terms for Retreats & Workshops
Payment & Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.
Payment can be made via the methods listed on the booking page (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

60+ days before the event: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.
45 days before: 50% refund.
Less than 30 days: Non-refundable.

For online workshops:

Cancellations up to 72 hours before the event receive a full refund.
Less than 72 hours: Non-refundable.

Special exceptions (medical emergencies etc.) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Participant Code of Conduct
All retreat and workshop participants are expected to:

Arrive on time and be fully present.
Treat all fellow participants with kindness and respect.
Maintain confidentiality about personal stories shared during the event.
Avoid disruptive behavior (anyone causing disruption may be removed without refund).

Liability Disclaimer
Efrat Shani is not responsible for:

Personal injury, illness, or lost property during events.
Travel delays, cancellations, or external factors affecting your attendance.

I strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance if you are attending international retreats.
