When an Idea Is Born Before the Structure Arrives

Michal came to me with a deck of cards she had created straight from the gut.
There was no vision document, no business model.
They simply emerged from within her.
She didn’t come from the world of “product development.”
She came from a completely different creative space.
As it often happens, the idea arrived before the structure.
The moment she placed the cards in front of me,
I knew:
This isn’t just a deck.
It’s a body of knowledge.
A language.
A rich, layered life journey
with the potential to become a full methodology.

She said: “I know it’s beautiful. I want it to reach a lot of people.”
So we began. Not a process of “how to sell” but a process of deep reflection.
Together, we asked:
What was truly born here?
What is its essence?
What does it long to say?
Is it accurate as it is?
What’s missing? What’s too much?
Or maybe this is the beginning of a
book, a workshop, an exhibition, a method, a podcast?
We entered a space of creative research.
Not branding. Not packaging.
A living process that brings together
personal expression, creativity, vision, structure, and solid ground.
Michal gave birth to a product. Now, she’s learning to get to know it
to guide it into the world, step by step, with depth, beauty, and meaning.
And yes — with clear business potential that will allow her to grow from it.
